# ST ECEC shareholder Ningbo Ningju plans to reduce holdings of no more than 2.43 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST ECEC (002199.SZ) announced that its shareholder "Ningbo Ningju Asset Management Center (Limited Partnership) - Ningju Yingshanhong No. 3 Private Securities Investment Fund" (referred to as "Ningbo Ningju") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.43 million shares (accounting for 0.9982% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
