> 太平洋酒吧宣布其附属公司腾昇国际有限公司与金进投资 (香港) 有限公司签订物业租赁协议，租期为 2025 年 4 月 22 日至 2028 年 4 月 21 日，为期 3 年。该物业位于香港九龙元洲街 298 号海旭阁地下 A 号铺，董事认为该位置有利于集团在香港扩展酒吧及餐饮业务。

智通财经 APP 讯，太平洋酒吧 (08432) 发布公告，于 2025 年 7 月 22 日，租户 (公司附属公司腾昇国际有限公司) 与业主 (金进投资 (香港) 有限公司) 就有关物业订立租赁协议，固定租期追溯至自 2025 年 4 月 22 日至 2028 年 4 月 21 日 (包括首尾两天) 为期 3 年。  

物业为中国香港九龙元洲街 298 号海旭阁地下 A 号铺。董事考虑该物业位处于有利集团在香港扩张其酒吧及餐饮业务的战略位置。
