According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, YANCHENG PORT (08310) stated that starting from August 1, 2025: Zhou Zhengxiong has resigned as a non-executive director, chairman of the board, and chairman of the nomination committee; and Lu Shuai has been appointed as an executive director, chairman of the board, and chairman of the nomination committee
