# WIT DYNE subsidiary signs general distribution contract for melatonin granules (Manlejing)

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, WIT DYNE (000915.SZ) stated that its subsidiary Beijing Dainkangjian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as Dainkangjian) has reached an agreement with Japan's Nobelpharma Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nobelpharma") regarding the exclusive general distribution of melatonin granules (brand name: Manlejing®) in mainland China, and has signed the "Melatonin Granules General Distribution Agreement." According to the agreement, Dainkangjian will become the exclusive general distributor of Nobelpharma's melatonin granules (Manlejing®) in mainland China, fully responsible for the import, marketing, and sales of the product
