# 中港石油：郑镇升获委任为公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人

> 中港石油公告，林文杰辞任公司秘书及授权代表，自 2025 年 8 月 1 日起生效。郑镇升获委任为新公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，并同时担任首席财务官，任命同样自 2025 年 8 月 1 日起生效。

智通财经 APP 讯，中港石油 (00632) 发布公告，林文杰先生 (林先生) 已辞任本公司公司秘书 (公司秘书) 职务、终止根据香港联合交易所有限公司 (联交所) 证券上市规则 (上市规则) 第 3.05 条担任本公司授权代表 (授权代表) 以及根据香港法例第 622 章《公司条例》第 16 部及上市规则第 19.05(2) 条代表本公司于香港接受任何送达本公司的法律程序文件或通知的本公司授权代表 (法律程序文件代理人)，自 2025 年 8 月 1 日生效。

董事会进一步宣布，郑镇昇先生 (郑先生) 已获委任为公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，均自 2025 年 8 月 1 日生效。郑先生亦于同日获委任为本公司首席财务官。
