# ZHEZHONG: Plans to transfer a property share of 40 million yuan in Zhezhong Junxin Fund

ZHEZHONG announced that the company plans to transfer 3.33% of the property share corresponding to the unpaid portion of the subscribed capital of the ZHEZHONG Junxin Fund it holds to Yue Lai Gang. The transferred fund share corresponds to a subscribed capital amount of 40 million yuan, with a paid-in capital amount of 0 yuan and a transfer price of 0 yuan; it also plans to transfer 1.67% of the property share corresponding to the unpaid portion of the subscribed capital of the ZHEZHONG Junxin Fund it holds to Junxin Investment Management. The transferred fund share corresponds to a subscribed capital amount of 20 million yuan, with a paid-in capital amount of 0 yuan and a transfer price of 0 yuan. After the transfer is completed, the company will no longer bear the capital contribution obligation corresponding to the fund property share
