汇丰控股 (00005.HK) 公布，上周五 (1 日) 於英国及香港市场合共回购 491.98 万股，共涉资逾 4.7 亿港元。

当中，汇控在英国市场购入 249.5 万股，每股价格介乎 9.088 至 9.28 英镑，每股加权平均价为 9.1864 英镑。另外，汇控於香港联交所市场购入 242.48 万股，每股价格介乎 95.05 至 95.95 港元，每股加权平均价约 95.5792 港元。
