# RENCO HOLDINGS: On August 4th, the Hong Kong High Court issued a winding-up order in HCCW235/2025, and trading remains suspended

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RENCO HOLDINGS (02323) announced that the company was ordered to be liquidated by the Hong Kong High Court on August 4, 2025, under HCCW235/2025, and the Director of the Bankruptcy Management Office was appointed as the company's provisional liquidator.
