# WORLDGATEGLOBAL appoints Wu Shengxin as Executive Director and Chairman

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WORLDGATEGLOBAL (08292) announced that Mr. Wu Shengxin has been appointed as Executive Director and Chairman, effective from August 4, 2025.

On the same day, Mr. Li Guoxi resigned as Chairman of the Board due to work arrangements but will continue to serve as Executive Director and a member of the Board Nomination Committee
