# JOUDER PRECISION: UCM plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JOUDER PRECISION (300549.SZ) announced that it recently received a notification from its shareholder United Creation Management Limited (referred to as "UCM"). UCM plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 1,333,400 shares of the company, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding trading within three months from the 15 trading days after the announcement (from August 27, 2025, to November 26, 2025)
