# Aisidi plans to acquire a 13.6365% equity stake in Aisidi Innovation in Gongqingcheng for 102 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, aisidi (002416.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire a 13.6365% equity stake in the Gongqingcheng Aishi De Innovation Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Gongqingcheng Aishi De Innovation") held by the Gongqingcheng Aiyao Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Gongqingcheng Aiyao") through its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Aishi De Kechuang Holding Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aishi De Kechuang") for a transfer price of 102 million yuan. Upon completion of this acquisition, the company will indirectly hold 100% of the equity stake in Gongqingcheng Aishi De Innovation.

The announcement shows that the company established Gongqingcheng Aishi De Innovation in partnership with Gongqingcheng Aiyao in 2020 to participate in specific investment projects through Xingmeng Information. This transaction will optimize the company's external investment structure and support the development of invested enterprises through a closer strategic investment equity link
