GACO announced that its shareholder, Guiyang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by 618,700 shares through centralized bidding from July 21, 2025, to August 7, 2025, accounting for 0.153026% of the company's total share capital, with the shareholding ratio decreasing from 5.153028% to 5.000003%; after the reduction, it will hold 20,215,600 shares, of which 7,640,000 shares have been pledged
