# HCET: Actual controller Tang Qiqing received an administrative penalty decision

HCET announced that the actual controller and director, Mr. Tang Qiqing, has received the "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations. Kang Wei and Tang Qiqing concealed their concerted action relationship, resulting in HCET disclosing Tang Qiqing as the company's sole actual controller, which led to significant omissions in information disclosure. According to the provisions of Article 197, Paragraph 2 of the Securities Law, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to order Kang Wei and Tang Qiqing to correct their actions that led to significant omissions in HCET's information disclosure, issue a warning, and impose a fine of 4 million yuan, with Kang Wei bearing 2.5 million yuan and Tang Qiqing bearing 1.5 million yuan
