# NOVEL's shareholder ORG Technology plans to issue no more than 1.25 billion yuan in exchangeable corporate bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NOVEL (002014.SZ) announced that the company received a notice from its shareholder ORG Technology, informing that ORG Technology plans to issue non-publicly offered exchangeable corporate bonds using part of the company's shares it holds as the underlying asset. The issuance scale of this bond will not exceed RMB 1.25 billion (including RMB 1.25 billion), and the bond term will not exceed 3 years (including 3 years). If the conditions for share exchange are met, the bondholders may exchange their bonds for NOVEL A-shares at the agreed exchange price during the exchange period
