# HuBei NengTer Technology: Shareholder Chen Liequan pledged 92.6 million company shares

HuBei NengTer Technology announced that its shareholder Chen Liequan, holding more than 5% of the company's shares, pledged 92.6 million shares, accounting for 39.89% of his holdings and 3.74% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is August 6, 2025, and the purpose of the pledge is for his own production and operation. In addition, Chen Liequan also released the pledge of 50 million shares, accounting for 21.54% of his holdings and 2.02% of the company's total share capital, with the release date being August 12, 2025. As of the announcement date, Chen Liequan has cumulatively pledged 92.6 million shares, accounting for 39.89% of his holdings and 3.74% of the company's total share capital
