According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Hainan Demei Yinghe Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Fu Qu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes: sales of environmental protection specialized equipment; sales of municipal solid waste treatment equipment; automobile sales; sales of complete vehicles for new energy vehicles, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by INFORE ENVIRO through indirect holdings
