# The Shanghai Composite Index rose and then fell slightly, while robotics concept stocks surged again

The market fluctuated throughout the day, with the three major indices experiencing slight adjustments. Robot concept stocks surged again, with NanFang Precision and over ten other stocks hitting the daily limit. Pharmaceutical stocks rose and then fell back, with XinTian Pharmaceutical and several other stocks closing at the limit. The optical communication concept continued to be strong, with Cambridge Technology hitting the daily limit. Consumer stocks such as liquor rebounded, with JiuGuiJiu closing at the limit. On the downside, the liquid-cooled server concept adjusted, with DaYuan Pump and ChunZhong Technology hitting the daily limit. More stocks rose than fell, with about 2,900 stocks in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets in the green, and today's trading volume reached 2.64 trillion. By the close, the Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.02%, the Shenzhen Component Index fell 0.12%, and the ChiNext Index fell 0.17%
