# Wellhope's two shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 2.19%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Wellhope (603609.SH) announced that Mr. Wang Fengjiu plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 11.99 million shares, which is no more than 1.3140% of the company's total share capital and no more than 25% of his total shareholdings; Ms. Shao Caimei plans to reduce her holdings in the company by no more than 8 million shares, which is no more than 0.8767% of the company's total share capital and no more than 25% of her total shareholdings
