# 三爱健康集团发盈警 预计中期股东应占亏损约 1150 万至 1400 万元

> 三爱健康集团发布盈警，预计截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日的六个月内，公司将产生股东应占亏损约 1150 万至 1400 万元，较 2024 年同期的应占溢利 980 万元大幅下降。亏损主要由于 2024 年同期获得的非经常性收益约 1704 万元未能重复，以及本期分销成本和行政开支增加约 460 万元。

智通财经 APP 讯，三爱健康集团 (01889) 发布公告，与 2024 年同期公司拥有人应占溢利约人民币 980 万元相比，截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六个月公司将产生公司拥有人应占亏损介于人民币 1150 万元至 1400 万元。  

由公司拥有人应占溢利转为公司拥有人应占亏损的预期变动主要由于：公司已于 2024 年同期取得出售附属公司的大额一次性非经常性收益净额约人民币 1704 万元;及公司已于本期间入账北京航洋健康科技有限公司及其附属公司应占分销成本及行政开支增加约人民币 460 万元，其主要部分并无于 2024 年同期入账。
