# Snowky: Shi Qianzhong has cumulatively reduced his holdings by 3.00%

Snowky announced that its shareholder, Shi Qianzhong, who holds more than 5% of the shares, reduced his holdings by a total of 5,489,900 shares through centralized bidding and block trading from June 30, 2025, to August 19, 2025, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital. Among them, 1,830,200 shares were reduced through centralized bidding at an average price of 14.16 yuan/share, with a price range of 13.67 yuan/share to 15.53 yuan/share; 3,659,700 shares were reduced through block trading at an average price of 13.28 yuan/share, with a price range of 13.2 yuan/share to 13.33 yuan/share. After the reduction, he holds 6,561,100 shares, accounting for 3.58%
