# 中国金融发展发盈警 预计中期净收益同比减少约 80%-85%

智通财经 APP 讯，中国金融发展 (03623) 发布公告，集团预期于截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六个月取得净收益较去年同期 (即截至 2024 年 6 月 30 日止六个月) 大幅减少，跌幅范围约 80% 至 85%，报告期间的亏损额较去年同期减少约 65% 至 75%。

报告期间净收益大幅下降主要归因于：(i) 储能系统销售业务未能产生任何收入，主要因为南非储能系统市场竞争激烈，且于报告期间并未与经销商签订任何新销售订单;及 (ii) 担保业务取得净收入较去年同期减少约 90% 至 95%，主要因为市场融资需求放缓以及市场投资信心减弱所致。

报告期间集团亏损额减少，主要是由于报告期内未就任何物业、厂房及设备确认减值亏损，而去年同期确认了约 1560 万元的减值亏损。
