# PAK FAH YEOW released its interim results, reporting a profit of HKD 39.743 million, a year-on-year decrease of 16.2%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PAK FAH YEOW (00239) released its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HKD 94.734 million, a year-on-year decrease of 28.5%; reported profit of HKD 39.743 million, a year-on-year decrease of 16.2%; underlying recurring profit of HKD 45.294 million, a year-on-year decrease of 26.6%; reported profit per share of HKD 0.128, with a proposed interim dividend of HKD 0.03 per share and a special interim dividend of HKD 0.05 per share.

The reported profit decreased by 16.2%, mainly due to lower non-cash fair value losses on investment properties in the first half of 2025
