# 佳兆业集团发盈警 预期上半年净亏损不多于 110 亿元

> 佳兆业集团预计 2025 年上半年净亏损不超过 110 亿元，较 2024 年同期的 90 亿元有所增加。亏损增加主要由于物业交付减少和物业项目减值拨备增加。

智通财经 APP 讯，佳兆业集团 (01638) 公布，预期该集团将于 2025 年上半年取得亏损净额及公司拥有人应占亏损净额不多于人民币 110 亿元，相比 2024 年同期则分别为亏损净额人民币 90 亿元及公司拥有人应占亏损净额人民币 91 亿元。亏损净额及公司拥有人应占亏损净额预期增加乃主要由于 (i) 物业交付减少导致已确认收益减少;及 (ii) 就物业项目作出减值拨备增加。
