华晨中国 (01114.HK) 公布截至今年 6 月底止中期业绩，营业额 5.62 亿元人民币 (下同)，按年升 8.4%。纯利 17.01 亿元，按年升 15.5%；每股盈利 0.33723 元。派中期息 0.8 港元，上年同期不派息。

期内，毛利减少 9.7% 至 9,350 万元，毛利率下降至 16. 6%，而去年同期则为 20%。
