智通财经 APP 讯，永利地产发展 (00864) 发布截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六个月业绩，收益 1145.3 万港元，同比下降 14.4%;净亏损 1.65 亿港元，同比扩大 169.9%;每股基本亏损 42.83 港仙。  

集团于本期间的收益主要是来自集团投资物业的总租金收入，同比减少主要是由于与 2024 年相比，本期间向租户提供更多租金优惠。集团 82.8% 的投资物业于 2025 年 6 月 30 日已出租。
