# JSGT: Terminating the use of part of its idle own funds to establish a subsidiary with 1.5 billion yuan for securities investment

JSGT announced that the company will hold a board meeting on August 24, 2025, to review and approve the termination of the use of RMB 1.5 billion of idle self-owned funds to establish a subsidiary for securities investment. The company's and its consolidated subsidiaries' previous securities investments were based on the company's strategic planning, holding stocks of listed companies related to the company's main business for the long term, rather than for the purpose of short-term trading for arbitrage. The company will gradually choose the right time to exit the previous securities investments. This proposal does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review
