# 莱蒙国际发盈警 预计中期净亏损约 7 亿至 8 亿港元

> 智通财经 APP 讯，莱蒙国际发布公告，与截至 2024 年 6 月 30 日止六个月的净亏损约 5.606 亿港元相比，集团预期于截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六个月取得净亏损介于约 7 亿港元至 8 亿港元。董事会认为，预期净亏损增加乃主要由于投资物业的公允价值亏损及若干存货减值亏损所致。

智通财经 APP 讯，莱蒙国际 (03688) 发布公告，与截至 2024 年 6 月 30 日止六个月的净亏损约 5.606 亿港元相比，集团预期于截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六个月取得净亏损介于约 7 亿港元至 8 亿港元。  

董事会认为，预期净亏损增加乃主要由于投资物业的公允价值亏损及若干存货减值亏损所致。
