# WAN KEI GROUP has completed the issuance of 23.04 million subscription shares

According to the announcement from WAN KEI GROUP (01718), the conditions precedent set forth in the subscription agreement have been met, and the completion will be implemented on August 26, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. A total of 23.04 million subscription shares (equivalent to approximately 9.09% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the subscription shares are allotted and issued) have been allotted and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HKD 0.215 per subscription share
