# EXCELLENCE CM: Cheng Shuhua has been appointed as Co-Company Secretary

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, EXCELLENCE CM (06989) has stated that Mr. Zhang Qichang has resigned as (i) the co-company secretary of the company; (ii) the authorized representative; and (iii) the legal process agent, effective from August 26, 2025.

Ms. Cheng Shuhua has been appointed as the co-company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from August 26, 2025. Mr. Jia Jie will continue to serve as another co-company secretary
