Huaren Pharmaceutical announced that the company's board of directors recently received a resignation letter from Chairman Zhang Li, who has applied to resign from his positions as Chairman of the Eighth Board of Directors and legal representative for personal reasons. The company recently received a "Decision on Residential Surveillance" from the Zhouzhi County Public Security Bureau, and the aforementioned matters are related to Chairman Zhang Li personally and have no connection to the company or its related businesses. Chairman Zhang Li's resignation from the positions of Chairman and legal representative is unrelated to the company's business. The company has appointed Director Hou Ruipeng to act as Chairman and plans to complete the election of a new Chairman as soon as possible
