# Berkshire Hills Bancorp and Brookline Bancorp to merge into Beacon Financial Corporation and Beacon Bank (BBT) on NYSE with ticker symbol 3Q 2025.

Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. and Brookline Bancorp, Inc. unveiled plans for a merger on August 6, 2025. The new entity, Beacon Financial Corporation, will be listed on the NYSE as BBT. The combined bank, Beacon Bank & Trust, will operate under the name Beacon Bank.
