智通财经 APP 讯，中梁控股 (02772) 发布截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日止六个月未经审核中期业绩，收入 51.3 亿元 (人民币，下同)，同比减少 77.4%;股东应占亏损 7.81 亿元，同比收窄 54.28%;每股基本亏损 0.18 元。

公告称，2025 年上半年，集团 (连同其合营企业及联营公司) 完成交付约 15,000 套物业单位。根据亿翰智库发布的数据，集团在 2025 年上半年按交付物业套数计，为中国房地产开发商前 10 强之一。
