智通财经 APP 讯，中建富通 (00138) 公布 2025 年中期业绩，收入约 2.58 亿港元，同比减少 19.4%;净亏损约 2.1 亿港元，同比增长 26.5%;每股亏损 0.132 港元。

公告称，收入减少主要是由于在 2024 年 6 月出售未能获利的多媒体业务，以及全球富价值的收藏品市场持续疲弱所致。亏损主要是由于计入分类为持作出售的出售组别资产的物业减值亏损约 9940 万港元所致。
