# Huajin Capital: Hu Zhengran resigns from the position of Vice President of the company

On August 29th, Huajin Capital announced that the company received a written resignation application from Vice President Hu Zhengran on the same day, due to the company's controlling shareholder appointing him to another position. He applied to resign from his position as Vice President of the company and will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation. Hu Zhengran's written resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors
