# Suncha Technology: Li Chaozhen reduced holdings by 0.33% within 3 months

Suncha Technology announced that two directors, Li Chaozhen and Zhou Zhaocheng, hold 946,100 shares and 921,400 shares respectively. They plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 236,500 shares and 230,300 shares respectively through centralized bidding within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of this announcement. The shares were sourced from shares issued prior to the initial public offering, and the reduction price will be determined based on the secondary market price at the time of reduction
