# FICUS TECH: Yang Mengzhang has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research APP, FICUS TECH (08107) has reported changes in the composition of its nomination committee, effective from August 29, 2025: (a) Executive Director Mr. Chen Ting will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee; (b) Executive Director Ms. Chen Xiao has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and (c) Professor Yang Mengzhang, Engineer, will be transferred from a member of the nomination committee to the chairman of the nomination committee
