# Dengyun Stock: Plans to transfer 75% equity of Beijing Huanglong to related parties

Dengyun Stock announced that the company plans to transfer 75% of the equity of Beijing Huanglong Jintai Mining Co., Ltd. to the related party Yike Zhengrun Investment Group Co., Ltd. for a transfer price of 137.0774 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will still hold 25% of the equity of Beijing Huanglong, but Beijing Huanglong will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
