According to the announcement from Pacific Bar (08432), on September 1, 2025, the tenant (the company's subsidiary, Super Time International Limited) entered into a lease agreement with the owner, Tiu, Roger Chua, regarding the property. The fixed lease term is from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2028 (including the first and last days), for a period of 3 years, and the tenant has the option to renew for another two years.
