# NEW WORLD DEV clarifies rumors of capital injection, stating that the company has not received any capital injection proposals as mentioned in the rumors

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, New World Development (00017) announced that the company is aware of media reports speculating that its controlling shareholder and other third-party investors will further inject funds into the company (rumor).

Apart from the company engaging in a loan financing arrangement led by Deutsche Bank AG as part of its routine financing activities, the company has not received any capital injection proposals as mentioned in the rumors.

After making all reasonable inquiries (including inquiries to its controlling shareholder), the company confirms that it is not aware of any other information that must be disclosed to avoid creating a false market for its securities, nor is it aware of any inside information that must be disclosed under the insider information provisions (as defined in the listing rules)
