# Lixin Energy: Class REITs project completed issuance with a total scale of 1.226 billion yuan

Lixin Energy announced on the evening of September 2 that the company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hami Xinfeng Energy Generation Co., Ltd., is using the Yandun 7A Wind Farm project as the underlying asset to carry out the application and issuance work for exchange-type REITs projects. As of now, CSC - Lixin Energy 2025 Clean Energy Infrastructure Green Asset Support Special Plan's plan manager CSC has successfully issued priority and subordinated asset-backed securities, which have been fully subscribed. The asset-backed special plan was officially issued on August 29, with a total scale of 1.226 billion yuan, and was formally established on September 2
