# REGINA MIRACLE's subsidiary renews the property leasing agreement in Zhaoqing City

According to the announcement from Regina Miracle (02199), in light of the fact that the leasing agreement for the Regina Miracle Smart Living Units will expire on September 30, 2024, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Regina Miracle Smart Living has entered into a new property leasing agreement with Regina Miracle Investment Properties on September 2, 2025. The leasing agreement for the Regina Miracle Smart Living Units will take effect on October 1, 2025, under which Regina Miracle Smart Living agrees to lease the property from Regina Miracle Investment for a period of one year, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, at a monthly rent of RMB 210,900 (equivalent to approximately HKD 229,900).

The property is located at 128 apartment units in Building 1 of Poly Heyue Garden, No. 8 Yanyang Avenue, Zhaoqing New District, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, China, with a construction area of approximately 14,061 square meters
