# ZHEZHONG has repurchased 5% of its shares at a cost of 241 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHEZHONG (002346.SZ) announced that as of August 31, 2025, the company repurchased 22.1001 million shares through a dedicated securities repurchase account via centralized bidding, accounting for 5% of the company's total share capital, with a maximum transaction price of 11.5 yuan/share, a minimum transaction price of 9.44 yuan/share, and a total transaction amount of 241 million yuan (excluding transaction fees)
