# 盛业拟折让约 5.08% 配股 最多净筹约 5.93 亿港元

> 盛业宣布计划以每股 10.66 港元的价格配售最多 5628.6 万股，折让约 5.08%。此次配售预计筹集约 6 亿港元，净筹约 5.93 亿港元，资金将用于 AI Agent 等创新技术研发、国际化扩张、战略投资及其他一般营运资金。

智通财经 APP 讯，盛业 (06069) 公布，于 2025 年 9 月 3 日 (交易时段前)，该公司与配售代理订立配售协定，据此公司已委任配售代理按尽力而为基准促使不少于 6 名承配人按每股配售股份 10.66 港元的价格认购最多 5628.6 万股配售股份。配售价较联交所于 2025 年 9 月 2 日 (即最后交易日期) 所报每股股份收市价 11.23 港元折让约 5.08%。

假设根据配售协定配售最高数目配售股份，配售所得款项总额将约为 6 亿港元，净筹约 5.93 亿港元，拟用于 AI Agent 等创新技术研发，国际化扩张及战略投资及其他一般营运资金用途。
