# ZJR: Abnormal fluctuations in stock trading and risk warning

ZJR announced that the trading price of the company's stock has increased by more than 20% in total over the closing prices of two consecutive trading days. The company has conducted a self-examination and verification, and has not found any undisclosed significant information that may or has had a substantial impact on the trading price of the company's stock. The company's production and operations are currently normal, and there have been no significant changes in the internal and external environment. The largest shareholder, Yuhuan Guotou, and its actual controller, the Yuhuan Municipal Finance Bureau, as well as all directors, supervisors, and senior executives of the company, have not engaged in buying or selling the company's stock during the period of abnormal stock trading fluctuations
