# 新世界：K11 MUSEA 8 月人流创开业以来单月新高  旅客平均单笔消费升 30%

> 新世界发展旗下 K11 MUSEA 商场在 8 月的人流创开业以来单月新高，旅客平均单笔消费同比上升 30%。整体人流同比增长约 20%。内地天津 K11 Select 和广州 K11 的访客和销售额也显著增长，分别增长 12% 和 36%。同时，内地楼盘的销售活动吸引了大量访客，部分项目的访客量显著上升。

新世界发展 (00017.HK) 旗下 K11 MUSEA 商场的 8 月人流创开业以来单月新高，整个暑假期间，旅客平均单笔消费亦按年升约 30%。

集团指，K11 MUSEA 及 K11 Art Mall 自今年 7 月初的连串活动吸引访客，8 月整体人流按年升约 20%。K11 亦联乘商户推出消费礼遇，带动整个暑假期间的访客消费，当中 K11 MUSEA 的旅客平均单笔消费按年升约 30%。钟表珠宝品牌的表现尤其突出，会员销售额按年升 20%。

内地方面，天津 K11 Select 於 7 月的人流按年增长 12%，突破 43 万人次，创下开业以来单月新高；同期整体销售额较去年增长 19%。

广州 K11 在暑期举办「100% 多啦 A 梦&FRIENDS」巡回特展广州站，并引入逾 30 间高级品牌首店及新概念店，带动暑假期间人流按年增长 36%，整体销售额亦按年上升 24%。

内地楼盘的暑假销展活动，带动「凯旋新世界」、「新世界 - 天馥」、「新世界星辉」等住宅的睇楼量明显上升，当中「新世界星辉」销展活动的单日访客量突破 150 组；「新世界？天馥」在销展活动期间的访客量更按月增 1.3 倍，项目随即加推 88 伙江景单位。「凯旋新世界」访客量按月上升 85%，项目亦推出建筑面积约 2,734 至 8,988 平方尺的低密度洋房。
