国家医保局发布关于公开征选 2025 年课题承担单位的公告。根据工作需要，现将 1 个课题面向社会公开征选承担单位。研究题目：长期护理保险失能等级评估标准优化与应用研究。研究目的：统筹国内关于老年人和失能人员能力评估、护理需求评估现行标准，结合医学检测、诊断信息和医保大数据信息，优化完善长期护理保险失能等级评估标准体系，引入更可量化、可追溯、可客观评价的评估要素，提升评估专业性、客观性、准确性和兼容性，促进多场景应用适配，形成对完善全国统一的失能等级评估标准、推动评估结果全国范围互认、有关部门按需使用的政策建议。
