> 万咖壹联的两位主要股东于 9 月 4 日和 5 日分别增持 60 万股。主席高弟男通过全资拥有的 Wanka Media 以每股平均价 1.0233 元购入 30 万股，行政总裁蒋宇通过其全资拥有的 Pioneer Horizons 以每股平均价 1.05 元购入 30 万股。增持后，高弟男和蒋宇分别持有公司股本的 24.01% 和 10.22%。

万咖壹联 (01762.HK) 公布，9 月 4 日，主席及主要股东之一高弟男透过全资拥有的 Wanka Media 於联交所收购合共 30 万股，每股平均价 1.0233 元。9 月 5 日，行政总裁及主要股东之一蒋宇透过其全资拥有的 PioneerHorizons 於联交所收购合共 30 万股，每股平均价 1.05 元。

完成後，高先生及蒋女士分别持有公司股本 24.01% 及 10.22%。
