奇点国峰 (01280.HK) 公布，落实向 12 名独立第三方收购香港绘流 100% 股权，後者全资附属上海绘流网络科技主要服务及产品包括 AI 智能体系统，用於直播环节的多角色 IP 标注、内容生成及即时优化；个人化内容生成平台，为抖音、快手及小红书等平台生成动态短视频脚本；直播战略引擎及消费者行为分析系统，代价 4.6 亿元，将透过发行 9,406.95 万股代价股支付，占公司扩大後股本 4.94%；发行价 4.89 元，相当於上交易日 (5 日) 收市价。
