# LANZHOU HUANGHE: Completed the industrial and commercial change for the acquisition of 50.6329% equity in Yiwang Juice

On September 4, 2025, Lanzhou Yellow River Enterprises Co., Ltd. held a board meeting to review and approve the proposal to purchase 50.6329% equity of Yiwang Juice Co., Ltd. held by Xi'an Chunguoguan Beverage Co., Ltd. On September 8, the company received notification that the business change registration procedures related to this equity purchase had been completed, and Yiwang Juice obtained a new "Business License." Yiwang Juice was established on September 18, 2024, with a registered capital of 9.875 million yuan, and the legal representative is Song Min. Current shareholder information shows that Lanzhou Yellow River holds 50.6329%, Yancheng Silk Road Anlu Equity Investment Partnership holds 37.9747%, and Yancheng Tonghui Antong Equity Investment Partnership holds 11.3924%
