# CBG: Shareholder Shaoguan Gaochuang plans to continue increasing its holdings by no less than 1 million shares of the company

CBG announced on the evening of September 8 that its shareholder Shaoguan Gaochuang had cumulatively increased its holdings of the company's shares by 25.3164 million shares through the centralized bidding trading system of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from June 23, 2025, to September 8, 2025, accounting for 0.98% of the total share capital of the listed company. Currently, Shaoguan Gaochuang holds 17% of the company's shares. Shaoguan Gaochuang plans to continue to increase its holdings of the company's shares by no less than 1 million shares within 6 months from the date of this announcement, and this increase plan does not set a fixed price range
